Homecare is health care or supportive care provided by a professional caregiver in the individual home where the patient or client is living, as opposed to care provided in group accommodations like clinics or nursing home. Homecare is also known as domiciliary care, social care or in-home care
2. Who has access to your service?
Everyone. As long as you are alive we can devise a home healthcare plan for you. You can sign up for our service from anywhere in the world, but the patient must be in Zimbabwe
3. Where are you based?
We have offices in London and in Harare, and we aim to rapidly grow our presence across the whole of Zimbabwe.
4.Do you take medical aid?
We work with renowned medical centres in Zimbabwe and have arrangements for medical aid. With our premium package, we can actually sign you up for medical aid if you didn’t have it.

6. Is there a minimum number of hours per visit?
Our service completely flexible and you can choose how long you want the visit to be and what activities you need carried out.
7. Are you present in rural Zimbabwe?
There has been a high demand from our existing clients for us to penetrate rural areas and we are pleased to say we are well on our way to launching our services there.
8. What happens if the patient is hospitalised?
Depending on the package you have, we can cover hospital bills and expenses for up to 45 days! Upon your discharge we can arrange after care calls so you don’t need to stay admitted longer than necessary.
